In addition to the websites already on the syllabus, in class I discussed the following:
- “Redlining” historical maps and documents

- Redlining Interactive Maps with links to historical evaluation documents (which focus in large part on race)
- Stockton data (not all the links on the Stockton map work properly): see for example this description where heterogenous racial mix of the neighborhood is seen as a negative factor
- Rice U student analysis of Runaway Slave Advertisements
- Stanford Named Entity Recognizer (or Tagger)
- Digitizing the Dead and Dismembered
